oday DAV Public School organized Chest Checkup Camp in the school premises. During this check up Dr. J.K Mehandi Ratta from chest care centre Tripuri along with his team checked as many as 200 students from class VII. In addition to it a free PFT test was also provided by him to the students. He motivated the students to follow healthy eating habits and to avoid fast and junk food as it causes damage to the body.

He further acquainted that if improper care of chest can result into permanent asthma and breathlessness problem leading to permanent disability and handicap.

Principal S.R. Prabhakar while thanking Dr. J. K. Mehandi Ratta & his team quoted that every child should adopt healthy eating habits and should get regular body checkups as a minor delay can lead to major problem.

This activity was conducted in collaboration of Simply Health Plus Pvt. Ltd. Panchkula. Dr. Sonia Medical Officer of the school was also present there.
