DAV Patiala always takes lead in imparting knowledge about every sphere of life. Keeping in view the idea of healthy children are nation’s pride. Today school organized ‘Skin check- up camp ’ for classes 6^th to 10^th in its premises in which as many as 50 students were examined and acquainted with various skin infection during adolescence period . They were also told about the care to be taken in this age. Dr. Navdeep   from Columbia Asia hospital suggested a number of precautions which included healthy eating and maximum liquid intake. She also emphasized on taking precautions for skin problem well in time .Principal SR Prabhakar expressed his gratitude and thanked the doctor for their valuable suggestion and guidance. Appreciating the effort of DR .Sonia (Medical officer) said that such programs are beneficial for the students and they should follow the health tips given to them by the doctors.
