With an aim to empower principals with the knowledge and tools they need to lead their schools effectively in a rapidly changing educational landscape, a two-day capacity building program was organised at DAV Public Bhupindra Road, Patiala under the aegis of COE, CBSE. Ms Amanpreet Kaur Bedi Principal Shri Guru Gobind Singh Collegiate Public School, Sec 26 Chandigarh and Ms Rajni Kalra, Principal DCM Presidency School, Ludhiana acted as the resource persons.

The event held on 15 September and 16 September witnessed an enthusiastic participation of around 70 Principals representing diverse CBSE schools of Patiala and around.

 The conference served as a platform for collaborative dialogue, knowledge sharing, and strategic planning among educational leaders. Attendees engaged in insightful discussions on a wide range of topics such as Continuous Development (CPD)of Professional

Teachers; Prashikshan- Triveni, Modes, Modalities & Areas of Trainings, Skill Subjects, Modified scheme of Studies for Skill subjects, School as Knowledge and Skill Hub etc.

 Participants left the event with renewed energy and a shared vision for the future of education in India.

Mr. Vivek Tiwari, Principal, host school and President, Patiala Sahodya Schools Complex stated that CBSE looks forward to building on the momentum generated by this successful conference and continuing to support and empower educational leaders to shape the future of the nation's students.
