In order to promote interaction between like minded across the globe, DAV, Bhupindra Road collabrated with Eacuela Gobernador Eriberto Mendoza School of Argentina. The purpose of this collaboration is to engage the students in direct experience and focussed reflection in order to increase knowledge, develop skills, and clarify values.
The DAVians exhibited the rich cultural heritage through the food, Costumes, music and dance which was enthusiastically appreciated by the Argentian counterpart Maria Jose. She expressed her thrill at the vibrant presentation by the students.
She also apprised the students about the variety of local food of Argentina namely empanada, asado and locro.
Ms Dhanjeet- the faculty incharge of International collaborations of the school highlighted the need to go beyond the restrictive four walls of the classroom and reaching the students on the other side of the world. She also added that this is the perfect way to amalgamate education with cultural frolic across the boundaries.
Principal Vivek Tiwari applauded the efforts of the students and stated that this collaboration has successfully propagated in the participants an incandescent love for the free exchange of ideas and strengthening the bonds between institutions and nations.
