A journey of thousand miles begins with a single step. The first day of  new academic session 2023-24 at DAV Patiala, witnessed happy faces ready to embark a new journey. The day commenced with the performance of Vedic Hawan Yajna amidst the recitation of mantras which was duly attended by members of students & staff from class III to V. The day was also auspicious as the children were warmly welcomed with the ceremonial Tilak as per the DAV traditions to make them feel special.

While addressing the students Principal Mr. Vivek Tiwari said that the whole universe follows the pattern of working in a cycle, and so do we! new books, new activities, new assemblies and new victories will mark the beginning of the new academic session 2023-24. He also highlighted the importance of perseverance and inspired the students to be self disciplined.
