School Innovation Council’ is a novel initiative to systematically handhold schools in establishing ideation, innovation, and entrepreneurial ecosystem in a sustainable manner. Under this program First Leadership Talk was organized during which Mr. Yashraj Bhardwaj, a notable young successful entrepreneur was interviewed and the useful talk was shared with the students of class X and Innovative Council of DAV Public School, Patiala which includes Mr. Vivek Tiwari (Principal) as Chairman, School Innovation Ambassadors:-Mr. Pankaj Sharma, Ms. Anjali Gupta, Ms. Deep Shikha, Ms. Upasana Madaan, Ms. Geeta Sharma and Other members:- Ms. Neera khurana, Ms. Nimmi Chigal, Ms. Kirandeep Kaur Bawa, Ms. Priya Kapoor, Ms. Akanksha Garg, Ms. Rajni Kapoor, Ms. Kamini Sharma.

During this talk Mr. Bhardwaj shared number of motivational messages for the young innovative minds. He urged upon to never rest with their stirring minds and always keep on chasing their dreams. During his address he also threw light on his success journey, hurdles he faced, how he kept on working on his illuminated ideas. He also discussed his latest research work. All the ideas and the check points of the conversation stood quite inspirational for the young minds. He further delivered four magical rules and success mantras to climb the ladder of successful entrepreneurship. First of all he focussed on the Problem Solving Ability and asked the students to keep on rekindling it. Another golden rule shared by him was to be persistent in the approach. During his speech he asked the students to be passionate about their goals. Last but not the least he desired the young minds to be respectful and obedient towards the parents and always look forward for their valuable advice and mentorship.
