‘Modern education is a most revolutionary way of learning not only the teacher deal with the smart child.  but technology also plays a great part in turning the knowledge vast and wide and with a paradigm shift from the rote learning to experiential learning the entire education system is going through a change which has to be duly taught to the teachers. ‘were the words of Cluster Head Principal Vivek Tiwari while addressing the bunch of intellectuals from the various DAV schools during the Capacity Building Program for the subjects of ICT, EEDP, English, Science, Social Science, Hindi, Sanskrit and Punjabi. The three day programme commenced on 9^th Dec., 2022 to 11^th Dec., 2022 and it was divided at 3 different venues – DAV Public School, Bhupindra Road, Patiala catering subjects English, EEDP and ICT, another venue Police DV Patiala catering Science, Hindi and Sanskrit whereas DAV Global Patiala catering the sessions in Social science and Mathematics.

The mega series of workshops witnessed as many as 200 participants from DAV Public school Patiala, DAV Global School, Police DAV Patiala and DAV Rajpura. The sessions during all the workshops covered at length discussions on the topics such as NEP 2020, Assessment scheme, experiential learning, Competency Based Education, Happy classrooms and latest sample papers. The whole sessions were divided in Senior Secondary, Secondary, Middle & Primary levels. Names of different master trainers in different subjects are as follows, English: Ms Deepshikha, Ms. Gurpreet Kaur Diwan, Ms Dhanjeet Kaur, Ms. Rachna Sharma, Ms Amanpreet, Ms. Vidhu Kaushik, Ms. Priya Kapoor and Ms Shelley Kaushesh explained the above topics in meticulous manner. For EEDP Ms. Monika Kaushal and Ms. Shiwani covered the sessions for two days and involved the participants in many stimulating activities. In science Ms. Madhu Khanna, Ms Parminder Pal Kaur, Ms Megha Manchanda, Ms. Upasana Madaan, Ms. Neelam Jolly, Rajni Kapoor and Ms. Jagroop Kaur shared many practical learnings and equipped the trainers. In Mathematics Ms. Monika Bhanot, Ms Gurpreet Kaur and Tejinder Kaur threw light on the topics in appealing manner. In social studies Ms Geeta Sharma, Ms. Akanksha Garg, Ms. Manpreet Kaur, Ms. Harpreet Kaur, Mr. Rajesh Sethi enlightened the participants with their presentations.  In Hindi & Sanskrit Ms. Avinash Kaushik, Ms. Rachna Sharma, Ms. Sawraj Sharma, Ms. Prerita Sood, Ms. Ritu Gupta presented engaging sessions. In ICT Ms. Arashdeep, Ms. Kamini Sharma, Mr. Rupinder Singh, Ms. Neelu Jain gave practical training to the participants. In Punjabi   Ms. Jatinder Ruprah, Ms. Ramandeep Kaur and Ms. Upasana Kataria discussed the subject matters These trainings were conducted under the able leadership of Mr. Vivek Tiwari, and were coordinated by Ms. Upasana Madaan with support team of              Ms. Arashdeep, Ms. Radhika, Ms. Kamini Sharma, Ms. Neelu Jain and Mr. Amanpreet.
