In order to invoke the blessings of Almighty for the success of students studying in current VIII Class, DAV Public School, Patiala organized 11 Kundiya Vedic Hawan Yajna in its premises. The program commenced with floral welcome of Mr. Yogender Singh Yogi Senior Deputy Mayor followed by the performance of Hawan Yajna under the guid

ance of Mrs. Sawraj Sharma and Mrs. Rachna Sharma. Later Mrs. Rajneet Kaur alongwith her team of melodious singers further added spirituality with enchanting the bhajan – Kyon bhoole Om bande… hence, giving the prominent message of Omnipresence of God.  The plethora was also auspicious as on this day various achievers during the session 2020-21 from various fields were also honoured for their meritorious contribution in strengthening the DAV spirit.

Principal Vivek Tiwari while speaking o the occasion quoted that - “It takes lots of effort and sincerity to build a strong nation and educationists have the capacity to create role models and DAV Patiala has potential to produce large number of professionals and complete human beings.’ He further appreciated the role of teachers during the pandemic and he saluted their never giving up spirit.

The program concluded with the distribution of Prasad to the students followed by the showering of flower petals in way of blessings for the forthcoming exams.
